waves 16 plugins cannot be added to chain

hi, upgraded to waves 16 and when try dragging or adding vst 3 plugins to chain nothing happens?

no issues in reaper or ableton

any suggestions how to fix would be welcome, already tried force rebuild plugins

@Tinus72 My guess is that these plugins are simply not compatible because Acid is too old.

You'll likely need a plug-in chainer like Plogue Bidule or DDMF Metaplugin as a workaround. You first load the plugin chainer as a VST and then load the Waves plugin inside the chainer.
