I just confirmed still works in my Cleaning Lab 4. Track seen and played was recorded on webradio station also shown. Must be a random setting gone wrong somewhere for you.
I can also confirm that webradio works in my SFACL4 as well but I also note that a lot of stations no longer work for some reason. I think Magix needs to do a general cleanup of their station database or enhance the system so that users can delete the stations that no longer work or they don't want.
@Donald-Rivers what specific station were you trying to listen to and record? I can test at my end.
SOUND FORGE Audio Cleaning Lab 4 when i try to record it comes up with no sound card found. its a new comp as the last one died last week. on the old one i had Audio & Music Lab Premium and it work fine till the hd failed. i did install it on the new comp and got the same no sound card message. how do i sort this issue, i was happy with premium would prefer to keep that rather than maybe having to pay out for cleaning lab 4. the new comp is an acer running windows 11

still no joy recording web radio, can hear it through the speakers but doesn't record
@dave-l Let us make sure that your computer can record itself. For this, you need virtual recording devices like 'Stereo Mix' or 'What you hear'.
For this, press the Windows key and R on your keyboard to open the Run window, then type mmsys.cpl and press Enter. This opens the Windows Sound settings. Click on the Recording Tab. Some devices might not be visible. Make a right click on the empty area in the recording devices list and select to show hidden devices. Is something like Stereo Mix visible? Then make sure it's enabled via right click.
Can you right click on the recording button and take screenshots of all your recording settings?
Please also take screenshots of your Windows recording devices mentioned above.

@dave-l Hmm, interesting that it shows WASAPI. If you click on Soundcard Settings button in the recording settings the program in my case only offers WDM and MME, not WASAPI. This could be a problem, but maybe it's not.
If you have the Windows(!) Sound settings Recording tab open and play some audio on your computer, does the volume level indicator go up and down next to the Internal Aux Jack? If no motion is visible, that means that this Internal Aux Jack device isn't receiving any audio from your system. If you're unlucky your computer might not be able to record itself without tricks.

it doesn't list wasapi in the sound card settings and the volume does move
@dave-l OK, if the volume indicator of the Internal Aux Jack moves while you play audio then the sound of the computer audio is sent to it. Technically, you should be able to record that.
I have one other idea, if you open the properties of the Internal Aux Jack in the Windows sound settings and navigate to the Advanced tab, is the checkbox for exclusive control enabled? If yes, then disable it, so that both checkmarks disappear.
There might be the slim possibility that it gets blocked by some other app accessing it and Audio Cleaning Lab only receives silence.
Be sure to restart your computer after this. Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option.
