What the heck? Update has ruined my software!!!

Was just getting comfortable with music maker 22/23 and I see new update....well when I update...it went into a whole new setup and installation on computer....when it finally installs...I open her up and bam all kinds of trouble....I have to switch my interface on every time and now it no longer recognizes it..Now no sound at all...my soundpool audio levels have disappeared..a lot of popping in audio and has already crashed numerous times..I paid for priemium version and it has a hard time logging me in to use that...This is crazy...I started with music maker 13 then went to 22..with a 23 update....man how can I return to the previous version without update?

@chris-woods7180 First try resetting the program settings under the File > Settings menu and restart your computer.

removed music maker asio....seems to work okay now
