Why I am editing with a green screen.. The camera (flip Video) that is set at 640x480x30fps..(video of me) my back grown video flicker (MP4 file). I get a picture flicker during playback while editing.

A friend of mine had a flicker problem when he imported a clip (shot at 30 frames per second) into a movie project set at only 25 fps. Previewing a frame at a time, using the cursor key, showed the problem -- only 25 of each 30 frames was being used. The flickering is fortunately only much visible when previewing in the editing window. If you export at 25fps the results still have missing frames but the eye hardly detects them.
His 'solution' was to edit his project set at 30fps (same as his camera shot) to eliminate the annoying flicker and then do a final export as 25fps -- the standard for a PAL DVD.
