Why will Magix software not launch?

MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus will not launch after successful installation. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no success. Need help! It is terrible that you would have to pay Magix to get assistance to help operate this product. I purchased it in August of this year (2010). I upgraded my Windows to 7. It does not make since when their site says it is Win 7 compatible. When I diagnosed the problem is said not compatible. Is it not compatible with my 64 bit system? I this is not resolved, I will never use anymore of their products and will also warn my friends on FaceBook post.

Is there a patch for the appliaction that you did

I think there should be a version number higher than yours...
