widescreen versus regular screen

I have made a slideshow with photostory cd/dvd 9 deluxe in widescreen format. A friend wishes a copy, but does not have a widescreen tv. Is there any way ( without doing the slideshow over ) that I can copy it to dvd in regular tv format ?

Unfortunately, not really no.

However, your friend should be able to use the controls on her TV (assuming it is reasonably modern) to change the aspect ratio, so that it will fit.
