Working with Pro 16, and being told that my burner E:hp BDDVDRW CT10L can not burn to a DVD+R, dumb question MY COMPUTER isn't burning this not the program right? This laptop is relativately new and running on windows 7... ugh.
Do you try to burn a DVD containing DV files or a Blu-Ray disk containing HD AVCHD file?
You run Windows 7 may be 64 bits this a new laptop have you try to burn using windows program to test your burner and driver, because if you have your burner working this is no reason that Magix cannot work.
Have you updated your windows 7 via the Microsoft website?
You can create the disk image with Magix and burn using Nero or Roxio.
