I am impressed with how good the folk guitar simulation is. When I run the quick arpeggio in the full mix of instruments, it definitely loses authenticity but strangely when I run that arpeggio solo of 32nd notes, it still sounds authentic to the instrument as with everything scored using 16th notes does.

I say this as a guitarist that can play what I scored in the midi sequencer and far-far beyond it. The rate of progress with magix is mind numbingly quick though and I think I would most often emulate and midi songs rather than do it by hand and record me on whichever guitar or instrument. I'm glad I checked up on the current version and bought it.
I must still also admit for flashy leads, solos and arpeggios, I'm sure I would still be doing them by guitar.

This started out an experiment to get familiar with 2023 Magix, but I have continued working on it well beyond this post and should have a decent instrumental released soon.
