A friend of mine told me a story about he time he went into the hospital because of illness, while all of his so called friends found a need to visit his lady ...so this the conversation with him inspired this cut.

very sweet rhythm that accompanies a vocal performance to scream.
He had long not heard a trace of this emotional intensity.
