I never know if I'm transcribing the song in my head or only mimicking the sound of something i've heard and forgotten. Sometimes I do know but other times, like this, it seems like an actual original invention, and because that seems a bit too savantish, i'm kind of embarrassed by it and self criticize alot on playback..... its simple, its clumsy, my keyboard skills reveal that I never really learned to play, just brought home a keyboard one day to try to plug into my computer and make sounds, noise and try and break things. What I call my "music" is maybe more the equivalent of a sloppy 2nd year student's practice sheets.
But other times, I feel kind of like a kid who has just discovered something amazing and just can't wait to tell and show everyone. Whichever case, this seems like a safe venue since 'everyone' will probably not amount to enough outraged citizens to cause me a lot of lasting harm for any musical transgressions. .
