I have purchased Magix Music Maker 2013, 2014 and 2015 for PC. I am thinking of changing to Mac, is there a way to transfer from PC to Mac?

The software is for PC only.

To run it on a MAC you would have to buy Parallels and Windows before you could install Music Maker and then it is not guaranteed that MMM will work properly.

The few users who have gone down this route have experienced problems with the DVD drive not being available..

If I was to use an external drive and had the back up CD would that help?

To transfer the audio files to the MAC and use different music editing software - Yes.

If you intend to try runnng MMM on the MAC then my first post stands - you are likely to have problems.
