I have resided in the Kansas City, MO area now for over 33 years.
Music has always been a part of my life...even before birth. My mother was a professional entertainer who played piano and sang all over the Midwest when the 18th and Vine Jazz scene was hopping in Kansas City (while carrying me). I also had an uncle who was a drummer with the jazz musician Jay McShann. Being a domestic violence survivor and now a Christian Psychologist, I have found that music heals in a much different way. It is my heart and I love composing both music and lyrics.
