  @Alex-Kirkwood Like mentioned before, you need to make sure that the Focusrite ASIO driver is selected in the Music Maker program settings.. If you click on the Advanced button next to the driver selection you'll open the Focusrite ASIO control

  @Strictly-East Please copy and paste the crash reports from the Windows Reliability Monitor. Maybe this problem is driver related. Press the Windows key and R on your computer keyboard. This opens the Run window. Type perfmon /rel and press Enter.

  @emmrecs Hi Jeff, Even though my M-Audio has MIDI in/out, I don't use that. My keyboard is connected to the computer by USB and works fine with Music Maker so long as the M-Audio is disconnected. I think I'll try out my wife's fifine audio interface
