  Visit www.magix.com and click the persona icon on the top right to get to the Service Center. Login with the email address you used using the product years ago and you'll find it then in the "My products" section.

  Your subscription has beed paid until 4th of June. After that last period it the autorenewal stopped because BorisFX is now the owner of these products. We cannot sell it anymore. You should have get information via email from the new owner also

  @Steve-Davis2595 Hi. All Vegas product questions are now handled at https://forum.borisfx.com/ Basically you have a legacy product now and I doubt there is any support for it. But you can at least ask for ideas at that forum. Ray.

  @Grummulthrus There was a large e-mail campaign that all those products switched over to Boris FX. I got a lot of mails from Magix and Boris FX about this. Of course, if you disabled all newsletters, you might not have received anything.

  @Per-Schei @Tom_Sp Hi If you paid for Magix products using PayPal, well there has been issues when buyers purchased through PayPal said information was not processed to Magix to provide said links. You will need to contact PayPal to have your issue

  Until you can get Magix support to change the email address to which your product is registered you need to activate it with your old email address to which it is registered. It doesn't matter that you don't use the address any more. My

  My experience is also a turn-off regarding buying from MAGIX.  I did support-requests but never got a response or the download-links etc.  They were paid with PayPal but I have never had a problem with such payments.  The initial upgrade to MUSIC
