@Christian-Alessio If your serial number begins with P3 you can simply disable the previous installations in your customer account at Magix.com. Since Audio Cleaning Lab 16 seems to be very old, it could be that it's serial number begins with P2.

I can open the same videofile in VLC player and everyting seems to be OK. Whoops! Missed that. Doesn't VLC use it's own built in codecs? Still, stopping the Magix AVI Import may still be worth 10 seconds or so. AndyW

@Yoshinori-Tokuda Those settings (MXV video format) will only be playable by Magix programs. Try playing your MXV export in the Media Pool. Try an export to MPEG-4. Do you get audio then?
