Thanks everyone, it just looks like I have lost all the information I need to use this software again, all my files on the login details have gone and I cannot see them when I log in my pc is full of Vegas files but I cannot use them. :(

Hi @Frederick-Hicklin, are you downloading the MP3 to your PC and then opening the file in Sound Forge? Does the same behavior happen with PCM (wave) files?You could try enabling 'Always proxy compressed formats'. in the "Options> Preferences>

@johnebaker My version of MEP is currently Magix version is Movie Edit Pro Plus version 20.0.1.80 (UDP3) @Reyfox is correct, my GPU is the Nvidia I just bought.... At this point I wonder if it was a mistake getting an independent PC guy to build

That's the challenge, VDL creates the folders in One Drive\Verner -Personal\Documents\MAGIX Every time it is started, even if I have moved/changed them. But it is necessary that I have One Drive on my PC without VDL creating folders there.
