  How to access the MIDI editor for .ogg files
  In MM15, I've noticed that you can double-click on an inserted .tak soundpool file to open the MIDI editor--great feature, making it easy to turn a sound file into a melody. But double-clicking on an inserted .ogg file only opens the Audio FX-Rack.
