RE: Stereo not supported - burning disc
One thing I think is strange, how is it able to complete the burn process if I set the burn process to MPEG-2? This is only an issue if I burn with H.264. I wanted this format as the files are much small, and so get more on a disc. I burn a lot of

@k9vet Hi Would you please answer the specific questions you have been asked regarding disc brand, type and the burn parameters. General comments make it difficult for us to be more precise in diagnosing the issue you are having. . . . . 8.5gb

RE: Weird issue with using Smart Copy/Smart Render in MEP 2019 Premium
@ericlnz Thanks Eric, Vegas "i" is the same as Video Deluxe "i": Progressive segmented frames. We VDL users just have to go via the Bluray burn process to achieve that. Magix probably decided way back that there would be little demand for exporting

Magix auto-update for Video Pro x17 from functional version 23.0.1.269 to version 23.0.1.316 resulted in me uninstalling the software and reinstalling my original purchase version 23.0.1.269. Reasons: 1) Startup dialog box no longer shows working

RE: Repeated glitch in burned disc
@k9vet Hi Looking at reviews of those particular discs, it would appear that they do have some issues, particularly at the transition point to the second layer. Personally I use Ritek full face inkjet discs for both DVD and Blu-Ray and have not had

RE: Repeated glitch in burned disc
I will try to answer your questions later. I dealt with this issue by splitting the original movie in half and burning each half on separate discs. Each disc plays normally now.

Hi John @johnebaker My bad again. This is the correct burner/ I specially bought it because it says in the blurb that it will burn DL discs +R and -R.

"Why do you not burn direct to disc?" The reason is that I want to have a backup to use if the disk fails.

RE: MAGIX Video deluxe 2026-encoding failed
@AAProds Hi Al The folder Jeff mentioned is the first half, ie render all the video files needed, of a 2 stage burn process, it is the second stage, the actual burn, whether to disc or ISO file, that creates the correct folder structure from the

RE: Stereo not supported - burning disc
Thank you john for the suggestion. I exported a file as suggested and I was able to export it as H.264, on the 'edit' screen, importing that file back into MMS 2024 still throws up the same message in the 'burn' screen. I was also able to export via

I do know it was all with Flexible Crossfade, but I didn't try any alternatives before burning the slideshow (despite the two missing transitions).

@ericlnz, Has the disc creation issue in VP 21/22 been fixed, the last comment I can find would suggest the burn disc feature is not going to be available? @johnebaker I'm not sure. It's there in my VP21 but I don't know about VP22. I've never

@BrenyC I just tried a BD test burn to ISO in MMS 2025 with a similar file (AVC, frame rate 18-31, AAC Stereo audio) and I had no problems (I'm not on my burner machine). Mine was already set on Stereo in the Burn>Encoder Settings>Advanced

RE: MAGIX Video deluxe 2026-encoding failed
@emmrecs @Alfns Jeff, the files for DVD burns aren't arranged in a VIDEO_TS folder, they are just plopped in a folder of the project's name. Bluray folders are OK because they don't live in any singular folder anyway. This is what Magix produces

I appreciate your questions. Basically it stops at the same point on the DVD-R on each burn. But it loads completely if I export it as a video file to an external drive. I'll follow your suggestions and see what happens.
