@David-Rees Which audio driver is selected in the program preferences? Usually, Microsoft Sound Mapper should work fine, in case this is caused by the audio driver.

what are correct driver(s) for the "video grabber" K0065 for win11?

windows recognizes the "grabber" but says no drivers exist. Are they on the CD? Bought in early 2024.

Getting error message "Mixdown - Please Update Your Graphics Card Driver" during movie export hardware acceleration with the Nvidia GEFORCE RTX 5070. Wonder if this will be fixed soon?

@Jim-Roshelli MME is an ancient Windows sound driver. Were you using Magix Low Latency or ASIO4ALL? Don't you have a driver for your interface? Please check its manual or the website of the manufacturer. It's not really clear from reading your posts

I have switched the audio driver to another one (windows classic wave driver)and no crashes. I updated the driver on my 2i2 and no crashes. it seems the problem was my out dated driver. Thank you SO much for your help over the past 24 hours!

@John-Wurm Hi . . . . CD has a line "Charge 1.0, 8542KA1. . . . . This means the USB grabber you have should be the K0065, it should be printed on the back of the driver casing. @SP. has provided the link to the correct driver. John EB

I had same issue and my pc is latest spec. Problem appears to be that, although spec says Nvidia recommended fo 4K, the software is not compatible with nvidia drivers an I had to disable the hardware acceleration and force it to use the intel

[Solved] ACL 2005 won't recgnise the CD drive on my Windows 10 PC
