RE: Trying to sync some audio
@Matthew-Mannix To summarise: -You cannot "split" a video or audio frame in Magix Movie Studio. You can in Magix VPX. -Increasing the movie's frame rate will allow closer matching/syncing. For example, if you double the movie frame rate (key E) you

RE: No output option at 100fps for 4k-100fps video
@tom_frank Hi In addition to Marc's comment, VPX 17 maximum framerates for 4K UHD (3840*2160) export is 60 fps for h.264/AVC , h.265/HEVC and AV1 (AV one). Note: A graphics card with a video decoding/encoding module that supports decoding/encoding

RE: Audio disappearing after splittng a clip
@Yianni-Ntokolas Hi and welcome to the user to user forums. Yes this quite often happens to variable frame rate videos where the frame rate suddenly varies by quite a bit as the program has no idea where to cut the audio which still has a constant

    RE: Kodak C330 audio
@nicolesharp100 60 FPS means the filesize is 3 times larger than it needs to be by tripling each frame Not so, these lossy codecs use a comparison system between each frame and only save what's changed. At regular intervals, there's a full frame to

RE: Export Glitches: One Black Frame?
@Wayne-McIlvaine It could be... Zoom in to frame level and check the ending frame finishes exactly on a whole frame number. Sometimes files end at a point mid-frame eg at a half frame past the last full frame point. Here's an example. The left

    RE: Disable resample?
@Joshua-Burner Hi, Given what the others have said, my guess is that you all are filming with different frame rates, and probably some with variable frame rates. If you want no "resampling" in any video editing software, all of you have to film at

Thanks for that info. I'll have to see if that WMV file can be re-compiled back to an .mp4 clip at 100 fps with AVC or HEVC codec with a different video editor without much loss of detail of a 4K video. But I have to wonder why VPX is not setup to

RE: Export Glitches: One Black Frame?
@Wayne-McIlvaine Although I agree a half frame will/could cause a black frame the curious part for me is that the black frame isn't on the crossfade, it's before, the video loops the final part before the transition. Here it is slowed down   Maybe

@nicolesharp100 Of note is that Video Deluxe won't export MP4 ie H264 below 24fps; I don't know if VPX does. VPX will add duplicate frames as necessary to "fill up" the frame rate to 24 (or whatever you set) for export. Best to set the desired
