When I play the red line on the video blocks is not on the right spot

The moving red line is 1 to 2cm behind the spot it should be. On this picture the line is moving over the scene with the air. But in the upper playback screen the next scene is already playing.

I have a problem, i want my donner dmk25pro midi keyboard to be host, and my midi synths to be devices, i cannot check the box , which i believe is the spot, under the in midi device, it says, use as midi channel "x" where x is a choosable 1 thru 16

@browj2 The pan is nice but that tower at the right end is leaning too much. Since this is a photo, it can be fixed so that the tower is vertical. Arrgh, it takes a pro to spot minor details like that. I wonder if I'll ever be that good? 😁😁
