  [Solved] Speech to text
  I've had Sony Vegas then Magic Movie Studio for many years. I have just upgraded to the 2026 Premium to get speech to text. However: I follow all the instructions, and all I get when I click on "Start analysis" is "No language found". Have tried

  @Victor-HUGO7807 Can you upload a screenshot of the install program you downloaded and ran? Usually, Windows puts newly installed program visibly into the Start menu that opens after you click on the Windows button in the Windows task bar. Sound

  @spuddy13 Hi Brian SRT files are for direct import when uploading video, the srt is uploaded separately, to YouTube and Vimeo. Video deluxe cannot import srt files and create the titles. If the final video is going to be uploaded to YouTube see this

  @Oscarius Is your recording folder maybe synchronized to the Microsoft cloud via OneDrive? If OneDrive tries to upload the file during recording, it would explain why it suddenly stops working. Besides that, your computer is massively underpowered

  @S-H8086 Hi Thanks for the feedback. . . . . I blame upload/download on Google . . . . If the images are in Google Photos this may be the cause of the EXIF info being corrupted, there have been many incidences of it causing EXIF issues. John EB

    Another alternative is to upload your video to YouTube, keep it unlisted, and YouTube will provide a transcript for free that you can download. John CB Wow!!! Wish I'd known that!!!!!!!
