RE: How can I get 5.1 sound
ebros,   First check what your setup is on the 'Master' mixing deck, [M] key shortcut. There is a 5.1 Surround button which if depressed changes the L/R pan knobs for each track to little surround editor windows with red and blue dots.

    RE: Importing Sub-Title Files
Hi Ken,   In VDL 17 you can insert .sub files with the VirtualDub plugin "VobSub". Might work with VDL16 too? If you have .srt subtitles you can convert them first with the small and easy toolTxt2VobSub. I'm not sure whether you'll need

RE: How do I create the lowest MIDI notes for a 7-string guitar?
Yes, I meant outside of Samplitude.  There are all kinds of free VST plug-ins you can add to your arsenal.   If you stick to guitar emulations, you might be stuck with standard six-string tuning range, but I can't say for sure.  I did find

RE: I have just bought samplitude music studio 16 and was wondering if I can upload tracks from a cd then delete the original lyrics and put my own vocals to the music?
Yes, that will work. But only to name it: Please don´t publish it without having the rights to do so. Not even on Youtube etc. That will save you a lot of money and trouble, but nobody cares about if you do it for your own fun in your flat or a

Yes, ESI Juli@ is a great card and great value for the money. If I hadn't switched to my M-Audio Delta 192 (just in order to test Pro Tools M-Powered .... never got into it) I still would be using that little Juli@. Have fun!
