RE: Blu ray disk chapters blank
@karataka Hello Andrea, I follow your topic with interest. You write: "A burned BD disk only works if I export with mpeg2". A H.264 burned BD disk also does not play in my LG BP250 Blu-Ray / DVD player, but it does if I burned it as Mpeg2. My BP250

Hello @zdenekrsa, I think there are two things going on. On the first screen, you get a message that you can download the MPEG-2 by clicking "Yes". On the second screen, I read that Pro X16 has not been successfully deactivated, because Pro X16 is

@Gra_Ham @CubeAce @me_again @johnebaker @AAProds I downloaded the MKV file, but couldn't play it through the VDL2026 timeline. I received this error message: I use Shutter Encoder (64-bit portable version) as my conversion program. I've converted

RE: How to export MP3s & MP4 with 320kbs audio bitrate??
@Apollo89x What are you actually trying to do? MP3 Export has 320 in the bitrate droplist. MP3 in MP4 is not common and as far as I can see, not offered with VDL (perhaps it is in VPX?). AAC in MP4 is very common and that is why it's offered in VDL.

I think I have solved the problem. I was presented with a dialog box (I have no idea where it came from!) , which asked me if I wanted to download MPEG4. After I did this I have been able to select the export codecs

RE: Weird issue with using Smart Copy/Smart Render in MEP 2019 Premium
@jak.willis I did a couple of test runs. I burnt a BD ISO. I then took the m2ts from that ISO and put it in a new Magix project. I then burnt that to BD ISO. The Smart Copy box was available, so I ticked. That then made the Smart render box become

    RE: Hardware Acceleration Failing
I seem to have less issues with encoding to mpeg4 rather than HEVC so will stick to that. "Only" 2 fails out of around 10 tests. It also seems to be a better-quality output than HEVC anyway and the extra size doesn't worry me too much. Thanks for

@AAProds Hi Al . . . . . Whoever put in that part probably used the wrong words . . . . Agreed, the formats tables are also confusing/confused over HD, FullHD and UHD. 1920x1080p 25fps is a standard Bluray format when using the MPEG-2 codec option,

Thanks for all the comments. I wonder what's going on here though. After four attempts it has failed and a vob.file (0.99 GB) has been created each time and contains the first 22 minutes of the movie. Then I chose the option to export the file as an

Gid, I guess I'm not following your last post. In your screen capture, that is the option I was using, the MPEG-4 option, and had the audio/video issues. I found a fix by using the HEVC option below the MPEG-4 option, and the issues went away. So I

One thing I think is strange, how is it able to complete the burn process if I set the burn process to MPEG-2? This is only an issue if I burn with H.264. I wanted this format as the files are much small, and so get more on a disc. I burn a lot of

RE: Unable to import MKV files into Video deluxe 2026 Plus, Windows 10
@Gra_Ham Hi The problem with the MKV file is the video/audio codecs combination, ie MPEG-4 and MP3 respectively, these are not a supported combination. Try running the MKV file through a video converter such as Handbrake converting to MP4 h.264,
