  RE: [Solved] Mouse zoom not working - and pdf download
  Ok figured out problem! Mouse settings: I did Not have "scroll inactive windows when hovering over them" ticked on. It was off. Didnt take long to figure out but geez. So if anyone else needs this post for reference.

  [Solved] Creating my own bare metal PIP and not using the program
