    RE: Instagram Story render bug
@Zaza_from_Johor Hi Are the source files from a smartphone/mobile device, were they rotated within MEP, and to rotate the images you used the control circled in the image below? If so there is an issue with the circled control - reset the rotation

@CubeAce . . . . But what if the file is imported in the correct orientation and no rotation was needed . . . . A good question, however without feedback @Zaza_from_Johor we can only go on what we see about the source video and known possible

And then there were rotating heads, head cleaning tapes, formatting gaps on tapes that confused some machines, and digital transfers that had to be done in real-time. Pure joy. πŸ˜‰

RE: Portrait Pixel3 images displayed correctly and NOT
@FF22 I think John EB in the past has stated it is the jpgs orientation flag that isn't always picked up. If I'm wrong he will probably correct me in about seven hours time. 😁. As for MEP not sending crash reports. I had the same problem with MEP

Portrait Pixel3 images displayed correctly and NOT
I'm back after taking a vacation from my vacation slide show. Since MEP 2020 was occasionally barfing (crash, but no crash report), I decided to give MEP 2016 a try. Well, besides the Preview being oversized (not fitting the window and not the

RE: Issue with the Effects Rotation/Mirror when exporting to Mpeg-4 UltraH
@d_emond Welcome to the Magix forums. I followed the steps in your post carefully, using a .jpg image, added the arrow, resized it, rotated it to produce this on the program screen: I then exported it to mp4 using the preset you used (the only

Issue with the Effects Rotation/Mirror when exporting to Mpeg-4 UltraH
I realize that as soon that you use the Rotation/Mirror Effect, when i Import a objet(exemple Present Arrow) to the picture or video, the objet resets to the original position and size, I tried with different image object like Text Thought Bubble,

    RE: Position different when exported
I can't believe it!!! It works! The cause was indeed the 2) variant of rotation. I did the rotation with 1) and now everything's fine! Thank you so much!!! I would have gone mad without your amazing support! I'm so relieved!

This is an equirectangular 360 video example: This is a reframe 360 video example: This is the "360 Panorama" effect of the MEP 2016. It does not exist on the MEP Plus 2020.But I just discovered that I can workaround this issue by combining the

    Imported mp4s are upside down
I have Movie Edit Pro Premium. Some mp4s will only import into my project tracks (storyboard) upside down. In my computer, it's correct. But if I drag and drop that into my project, it appears upside down. If I try to import the mp4 from them Edit

@browj2 The animation at 50fps is a 506 frame clip giving one complete rotation of the object. They have to be placed together to form the complete rotation of the object throughout. The clip is of the object with a white background (A black

Movavi or I am doing something wrong in the conversion. I get distorted results. Β  (the image is in the next post) The only reason for the "mep handles" are to rotate 90 degrees. The image was already squished or spread. That occurred for about 5 of

Tried rotating the screen, the track wasn't long enough & the preview monitor was a little high, lots of wasted space at the top so tried the media pool in there but not quite enough height πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€ͺ😁 back to the way they were, i just need 4" or 5"

RE: How can i make Movie edit pro plus work faster?
@Former user I had a pair of those in the late 70s. In the corner section there is a rotatable paddle accessible from the top. They don't take much wattage. Swapped them for a pair of Acoustic Research speakers that were worse. Then I went to a pair

RE: Is Resizing of 16:9 video to 9:16 practically Posible with Magix?
Yes I would use an extra tool. There are free to use video rotating programs to be found on the net. But some sites like YouTube will only ever display in landscape so will put bars back either side of a portrait uploaded video.

Rotate video 90 degrees rotation but show full height
Unfortunately when filming with my phone I held it in PORTRAIT mode. The imported video is lying on its side (g) and I'd like to rotate it 90 degrees so that its orientation is correct. First, I guess I will ask if there's a quick way to fix this
