  @glenn-riley Your computer already has the 2013 Redistributables installed. The installer can't handle this, for some reason. You can uninstall the 2013 Redistributables from Windows Apps and Features and the installer should be able to reinstall

  @Ninian Hi Check that you have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable installed and it is up to date. To repair the C++ installation, see this article on fixing the issue, you must download and install both the x86 and x64 versions. HTH John
