  @johnebaker - Thanks John! That was the problem. Once I converted the 2 videos to use of a constant frame rate, VDL 2026 correctly imported the entire video for editing.

  @RealymanLP WIll we also get a fix for older versions? I use Video Deluxe Premium 2024 and didn't got any fix. I very much doubt it, sorry! VdL 2024 is now two full versions behind the latest release so it is considered a Legacy product. JeffForum

  @AAProds Hi Al This could mean your 'normal administrator' account profile is damaged/borked. Try creating another user account with Administrator privileges, login with it and start VDL. John EB

  @Pete-Lowland the learning curve I found was not big at all. Plenty of help here in this forum too. The only downside for me compared to say Pinnacle, was the track order. Pinnacle, Vegas Pro, Premiere, Resolve, etc., edit the same way, overlays

  @Frederik-deRoo Version number: 16.0.4.124 (UDP3) Format                                   : HEVC I strongly suspect these two lines from your supplied data are the key! The latest version of VdL is 25, so your version is some 9 releases older.
