Complete license MESS
(1) This Music Maker page says you cannot monetize your music without buying a license, but this is contradictory with a still public Music Maker JAM blog post stating that you indeed can with a revenue limit of $5000. (2) The EULA provided when

RE: Instruments appear locked in library (Solved!)
Hi . . . . But technically, due to the license restrictions on Catooh, you could not use the music made with any of the soundpools in any form or fashion, be it non-commercial or otherwise, without first purchasing an unlimited license for the packs

Music Maker Licenses
I have seen some posts similar to mine but none were entirely 100% clear on my topic. I get that you need to purchase a license to use loops and soundpools to distribute them commercially. And that's where things get a bit muddled for me. And

Licensing of Atmos instrument
I've created a song in Music Maker 2014 (if you want to hear it, there's the link: https://soundcloud.com/user-621585144/sea-cave) using almost only MIDIs composed by me, some instruments were built in. This post:

RE: Recently Purchased Software Need Help Arranging Loops
I was curious as to reading another post about not being able to create a song in Magix and be able to submit it due to loops not being made from scratch. I would eventually like to become an artist but I am new to all of creating music and this

RE: [Closed] Do I own the copyright if I "tweak" loops included?
Let me ask you this. Two things. 1. IF Magix said: soundpool 16 is Royalty free & can be used for commercial use, does that mean I can sell the songs (that I made using their soundpools) as my own works, since I made the song? Yet, if I don't

RE: [Closed] Do I own the copyright if I "tweak" loops included?
Hi . . . . ..if I edit or tweak each and every loop that I used, will I then own the copyright and be able to sell my songs?* . . . . No. You never own the copyright of the soundpools even if you have the required licences - you only have

[Closed] Do I own the copyright if I "tweak" loops included?
I've been stuck for a year now on what to do with my composed songs from magix music maker 2013. It includes soundpools from 16 and before only. My songs are composed using these soundpools/loops. I have not tweaked them or edited them in any way.

RE: can i sell songs created by soundpools\loops commercially after buying audio pro unlimited license?
If I can pop in on this, I believe that is exactly how you can sell your songs or use them commercially - simply buy the Audio Pro Unlimited Licenses and use those Loops in your Track and you will never have to worry Although that License the

RE: Can I sell the music I create with Magix Music Maker 2015? Or am I supposed to purchase the premium to do that?
So If my songs only use virtual instruments (midi w/ effects + synths) but don't use anything from soundpools AT ALL, I: - don't have to pay for any license, - own the copyrights, - can publish/sell them anyway I want is this correct?

Would enabling YouTube ad revenue for a MMJ song violate the non-commercial license?
