  Hi @STEVE-SIDORUK, Try re-setting Sound Forge.. which is normally accomplished through the "File" menu. When SF will not open to access the menus, hold down the 'Ctrl+Shift' keys, whilst launching SF, which should open the reset/clear cache tool.

  I am also not sure if the 'trial' mode has any affect on the Batch Converter. I tested the BC in SFP-18 (Win 10 - 32GB RAM) and did not encounter any behavior issues, Files can be added quickly, batch parameters set, saved and the process initiated
