Crash each time, i want to burn a DVD

I use Video deluxe 15 Premium on a vista pc. Each time i want to burn a DVD, the application is crashing when performing the image disk or when creating the menu or the chapters... I have enough diskspace, PLEASE HELP ME, i just do not know what

In Video Deluxe 15 when I import an AVI file, the arranger shows only de Video Track, and I have no sound playing the file. It is the same with all my AVI files. What can I do? Thank you for answering. Gianni Verlato
