  Getting a -14 error when attempting to install Movie Studio Suite 365 on new computer. Have no other active activations. So far only getting automated responses from Magix. Suggestions? Only antivirus is Windows Defender. Did try turning it off. No

  Finally received a reply from support. Apparently there was an error on their side and they have corrected it. The software was now able to be registered.

  @FIA2008 Error -14 means you enter a valid serial into the wrong product. Since there are different editions (Plus, Premium, Ultimate, Subscription and so) you need to make sure you installed the correct version of the software, otherwise you'll get

  Hi @johnebaker I upgraded to VPX17 trial, as just easier and you are right - it starts without the error message and works just fine. What is REALLY strange is that after I installed the trial, my Movie Studio 2025 is now working without the error...
