  @paulmusicam Does your Internet browser block the download? When does it vanish? After the download has finished? Then it could be your antivirus or firewall software deleting the installer.

  @paulsweigert Try changing the extension to "MP4" I did that to a Osmo file I found on the internet and VDL 2026 opened it with no issue. It's a vanilla HEVC with AAC audio. MediaInfo won't read OSVs, but it will read the file when it's changed to

  @JustRaccoon Make sure you're connected to the Internet and logged into your customer account. If this doesn't help open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the in-app-store. This will delete the old cache.

  @Glenn-Duran There is no law that forces a developer to support anything. Back before Internet was fast enough you got a disk with your software and there were no bugfixes until the next version which was paid again, of course.

  @Joe-Korkowski I believe this has something to do with the downloader not being able to connect to the internet. The reasons for this can be firewall or antivirus settings. It might simply work if you use your smartphone as a Internet hotspot. But
