As Vegas Pro, Soundforge and Acid Pro are under said ownership of BorisFx, all enquiries should be directed to their sales or support staff.

As it states in one part of the BorisFx FAQ to contact Magix for older software patches or bugs, this is not the case as the Vegas developers and engineers have all moved over to BorisFx.
