Update: Part of Magixinfo is being upgraded more so on the new users support ticket system this week, commencing as follows:

we would like to inform you that we will make some changes on magix.info and in our ticket system, so that you can reach us better in the future. Therefore we have completely reworked the support area and made some more changes and bug fixes.

Start: Monday, 10 October.2022 at 8.00am (CEST)
End (planned): Thursday, 13 October 2022 at 3.00pm (CEST)

On Thursday 13 October 2022 from 8.00am - 3.00pm (CEST), magix.info will be partially or fully unavailable.

Interesting news about the support updtae. Just last week I wrote Magix, but about the imprint contact, because in the support system the topic selection offered nothing suitable. Nice coincidence :-) Now I'm curious what changes there. Wish you a good start of the week.

And now a quick update: Although I could only send my MAGIX request to the imprint address, I just received a reply for processing and they even assigned a ticket number to the process. Really a good customer service 😀 👍

"Chiller" and then some. Wow Stephen, that was fun to watch and listen to. I did recognize a few dancers that you gleaned from MJ's Thriller, amazing work and a spooky tune to boot. I'll probably start checking the closet and under the bed now. Thanks for the fun my music friend.
