  @rickduley Hi Rick Can correct you add to your signature computer spec that the PC has a Nvidia GT 730 GPU. I tested MKV file with the three GPU options I have, ie CPU, UHD630, RTX 2060 and got the following results: CPU and my RTX 2060 :- Video

  Seems to be a codec problem
  I'm trying to edit some video sourced from my Canon Legria HF R66 movie camera. I had nor problem editing MP4 files from this camera with previous version of Magix. I think it has worked with the current version, but not sure. The symptom is sound

  @philh77 Hi . . . . I have am mp4 of the effect I would like to use . . . . To give more specific advice, we need more information about the effect clip, ie. is this a green screen (Chromakey) effect or a video clip with a transparent Alpha
