  Hi John, Thanks for getting back to me. I used PS2024 on this laptop with no issues but following on from your suggestions I signed out of one drive which I don't need anyway but that didn't have any impact I have a mixture of jpeg & HEIC

  [Solved] Text and photos not appearing on the preview
  I added more data and photos to my continuing technical blog in the Xara editor as I have done many times before but on this occasion when I previewed the page prior to uploading to my site they are not showing. Can anyone assist me?

  @Kanina Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. DO NOT DELETE YOUR PHOTOS FROM WHEREVER THEY ARE CURRENTLY SAVED! Photo Manager is a database record of where any photos on your computer are currently stored, it does not "save" the actual photos.

  after installation i saw the photo de luxe 2026 and not the photo de luxe plus plus, which i have ordered. how is it possible? i paid ther 24,99.
