MKV files are here. MP4s are here. The MP4s load into VPX16 but the thumbnails are blank. The loaded files preview jerky Audio and no Video.

Hi @johnebaker I see MediaInfo has doubled in size since I last used it 😬. Here is the MediaInfo report and the settings of VPX16. If there is a Computer God out there in Cyberspace I would very much appreciate that Computer God endowing @johnebaker

Just a thought: I see in the latest log file a lot of references to the NVIDIA GPU.Is this the gentleman of colour in the fuel store?If so, how to get VPX16 to ignore it? I have already made this setting:

@AAProds This has the MP4s looking right. The playback in VPX16 is fine too. Here is one of the MKVs.

@rickduley Rick, Movie Edit pro/Movie Studio/Video Deluxe have always been flaky with MKV imports, in fact, in my case, more often than not they don't work. Magix can't deal with the MKV format, even though the video itself is probably just plain
