Different results for text on the internet from what is in software

I am having trouble with some text in a text box (Web Designer Premium 18.0.0). In the software everything looks great. On Firefox it looks right. In MS Edge, Chrome, and Opera the text is underlined. I tried to send gif, jpg or png images but don't
