  one more weird thing program froze so let it frozed reopend the same program on top of frozen and works but i cant have both open and have my login privlages

  @Rich-Warren As far as I know all Sony user accounts and licenses were transferred to Magix. So if you visit Magix.com and log into your user account with your old Sony login credentials you should be able to download the installer for your old
