This problem can typically be resolved by updating your drivers. Download and install the latest drivers for your graphics card from the manufacturer's website:

http://support.amd.com/en-en/download
If there are updates available for your software product, download and install these by going to the Help menu in the program.
Then, restart your computer, open the program and try playing the video again.
If the problem persists, reset your MAGIX program to its default settings:
- To do this, go to "File" > "Settings..." > "Reset program settings to defaults".
- Then, restart the program.
When the program opens, it will appear as it did after you installed it the first time.
