We offer no right of withdrawal for domain orders.Upon receipt of the order, the domain is immediately registered and payment charged for the full contract period (at least 1 year).  

The registrar ensures the right to the domain for this duration of time as well as registration of your information with WHOIS.

During the order process, the customer agrees that right of withdrawal is waived before completing the purchase. 

If you wish to cancel your domain contract, please notify us via the customer area of either MAGIX Online World or Xara Online.
