@daisy-jones Removing and installing MusicMaker will not help with add-ons. I presume that after downloading, you executed the file and input the serial number that you were given by email with  the purchase? Support is where it has always been when you are on the Magix.com site. Look at the top menu.

My problem is a similar problem but not the exact same thing. Originally, I tried to download more instruments but realized you had to buy an activation code, so I abandoned that idea.
