I have spent all day trying to finds a location on this website to purchase a voucher to talk to someone about re-installing Sound-Forge 9 after my hard drive failed and had to be replaced.. I re-installed the program but it wont run with out entering the serial number. The serial number in the book gives me 'an invalid' number.Any one that can tell me how to buy a voucher would be very helpful.

Question... I noticed in yur tutorial, in your file,settings, programY.... under Video/Audio. these two things are unchecked 1-GPU acceleration 2-Auto interlace   and under System, this is unchecked 1 automatic preview   should I do the same?

I´m starting to think this program is just a waste of my $$$ and time. when i try to copy minidv video tapes i get either video or audio, and most of the times none!!!!! Plus this program needs several options in the menus and there´s no tutorials explaining it!! THANK YOU MAGIX!!!!!  

I hope them videos your downloading are your own and not copy write protected material. But if their your own then I suggest a program called super. It will convert anything into any format. It will even convert into 3pg (cell phone format) The only problem is it looks a little generic and the gui is about as tricky to figure out at first as their web site is. If I select ASIO driver as recommended, I no longer hear any audio when I press keys.  The latency is driving me mad - I should have known better than to buy another Magix product as every single one seems to require endless fixes.

Rulew, If you search for Auto-Tune you will not find it. In Magix it is called "Elastic Audio". Follow the steps above (1-5) to get the "Auto-Tune" like effect. I hope that helps.

That is where after the edits have been made (choosing which camera) you can set one of the original tracks to be the master audio track (I recommend the track that starts the multi-cam track itself). This will replace the audio in edited track with the original - thus no breaks.

Thanks for sharing.. but what if the audio has breaks after the multicam is done? It's okay if it's a soccer game, but if it were a music video for one song, the breaks would be noticeable..

You can see two folders, left and right, as I use a twin synchronised camera system, so I end up with files from the left and right cameras. If you have a 3d camera, such as the Fuji W3 or Sony Bloggie etc, the 3d video file from them will be in a single folder and will show as a single audio and stereo
