Totally frustrated with this program. Found an intro tutorial and it did not match my program. I have mastered lightroom and parts of photoshop.with the help of some excellent tutorials. Programs like this you cannot simply wade into and understand them (at least I can't) I have wasted a lot of time fiddling with Photo Story and at this point would not recommend ti to anyone.is there an UP TO

I have spent all day trying to finds a location on this website to purchase a voucher to talk to someone about re-installing Sound-Forge 9 after my hard drive failed and had to be replaced.. I re-installed the program but it wont run with out entering the serial number. The serial number in the book gives me 'an invalid' number.Any one that can tell me how to buy a voucher would be very helpful.

Thank you John. The best of any tutorial I've seen since buying the program. I'd guess that not even 15% of the You Tube videos are worthwhile and I concur with your assessment on the information contained in your beginning tutorials. They probably save people about a year of trial and error experimentation. This program is a bear to learn so thanks again for a great contribution to the cause.

It was easy to do transitions in Photostory Deluxe 2016 but I am still confused on how to do pan and zoom effects. The amount of effects etc. Photostory can do according to the demo files makes it seem a bargain at the price as

Really crappy program. After a couple of videos it stops working and gives me that black video. tried all the 'solutions' found online. waste of money, hope I can return this crappy software. even the 'update', which they offered a day after installing, screwed it up until i found a solution to that problem. one program=multiple problems +wasted time+frustration.

So after tons of playing with this, it appears that you have to go through about 8 steps to find the audio settings, then you can only lister to Music Maker OR any other  program on your pc?? attached is a screenshot. it only gives me two options: enable 1. high definition audio OR 2. ws audio  high def audio is music maker. when that's on, no other audio on my pc is enabled. ws audio is

I´m starting to think this program is just a waste of my $$$ and time. when i try to copy minidv video tapes i get either video or audio, and most of the times none!!!!! Plus this program needs several options in the menus and there´s no tutorials explaining it!! THANK YOU MAGIX!!!!!

I hope them videos your downloading are your own and not copy write protected material. But if their your own then I suggest a program called super. It will convert anything into any format. It will even convert into 3pg (cell phone format) The only problem is it looks a little generic and the gui is about as tricky to figure out at first as their web site is. Purchasing Magix PhotoStory was a mistake. This program has a sophisticated user interface, but there are no tutorials. I don't recommend it to anybody.
