    RE: Soundpool reference guide
Hi Ari, For some reason, I can't respond to or send you a private message. I had been meaning to comment on the one page version but never got around to it. This version is excellent! Good work! The only other things I can think of are: A list of styles/genre in the left column with the Soundpool version in the right hand column. This is the inverse of what you have. Addition of

RE: How to use 3D titles in Movie Edit Pro
"Still"? When was your last post? I don't see it. (9 months since my last reply here.) The reason for your problem seems to be that you are editing a standard title or possibly a file (hard to tell with the low res screenshot that magix allows). You should be editing the 3D title as described in my tutorial and in Help and the PDF manual. Ctrl+E brings up the Properties dialog in that

RE: How to add titles in Movie Edit Pro
Hi Jenny, Apart from gradient text you can achieve all the others with the standard Title Editor. Here are some examples to get you started:       More dramatic titles (including animation) can be created with the X3D option:     In this final example I've made an X3D title and then opened Video effects > Art filter and draggged the Substitution slider:   It's

RE: How to add titles in Movie Edit Pro
Hi Terry,   Great tutorial. I am just in the test phase, having bought my Movie Edit Pro 2013 and I'm  hoping I can do more with the titles.    Other software I've used have had title templates, colourful, graded colours, etc.   I can't seem to find any 'interesting' title presets. I would like to...say...have the word Holiday, in two or three graded colours, and with a shadow or glo,

What is the tech support phone number? The posted one asks for a Block Number. What Is That. I want to talk to someone, about Spectral cleaning. A Video would be nice. I can not log in and when I request the forgot password, I get no reply. When I call the other number, all I get in a message, "the everyone is busy". I Think NOT. Are you still in business. This is a new

    RE: Get That Professional Sound!
nihon94 - Justin (NoTurning) doesn't seem to post here anymore, so I will comment.   What he is talking about here is basic mixing.  It applies to any arrangement, but more so to vocal and instrument tracks that have been recorded live.   The goal is to create a wide and dimensional stereo soundstage.  If you do not do this, most of the vocals and instruments will be "stacked

RE: 3D Video Editing in MEP17plusHD
Hi SMcQ,   I tried the free trial version first and I specifically wanted the programme for 3d editing, so the free trial will enable you to do that. Also while I think of it, if you do buy it, there is an option in the help tab to download extras, which include all the titling, design features and many other things that will otherwise be missing. It's a big download, but well worth

Hi. Not that message, but the following when draggging and dropping one of the 2 guitar samples....   The file format of C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX_Music_Maker_16\Basics_16\Rock Alterantive Vol. 2\Guitar\CamperB 1.OGG cannot be read by MAGIX Music Maker.   Please ensure that that the affected drive is not full or write protected.   The C: drive is NOT full or write

For those having a tough time watching the videos: I downloaded RealPlayer, enabled the option to show the DownloadThisVideo button to show when you hover the pointer over the video, and chose to download the video before watching it.  (Okay, I've gotten ahead of myself and am typing this while I'm waiting for the download, but it works well with YouTube and most other streaming vids.).  Here

I agree with what is being said in the other commnets.  I just got the program and came to this site hoping for some tutorials - there is none!!  This is an expensive product and should have at least some support for the users.

RE: Getting started: MAGIX Photo Story
I have to agree with everyone here. I too bought this product on the strenth of the reveiws and I have to say it looks wonderful.  But I have spent hours trying to figure out how to use it.  Going through the Help files didn't help much.  We need some decent tutorials.  Magix, please put some step-by-step tutorial on your website that we can download.  Otherwise I can see this going in the bin!

Thanks for the mesage on this - I had trouble locating the new soundpools and did find them in my public folder.  I am glad to see your explaination so others will understand. the download page from Magix should explain that they are going to be placed there by the software and not in the applications program folder as they have stated. It appears you invested a great amount of time in your

    RE: Basics: Titles
Most of the information given in this video is intuitive from the layout of the program. Anyone who's used Microsoft Word has seen the compose screen. What is NOT covered is how to apply the titles once they've been created. I've been trying to learn this program, and the demo section is very vague. Do I hit "Apply to All" (all what?) Do I just click on OK? Neither of them appears to do anything.

RE: Getting started: MAGIX Photo Story
I totally agree with the other users, the tutorial is very weak for such an elaborate program. I really wish you had a better user friendly way to teach this program. Help system through the program is weak as well. Can't find out how to remove the black borders after importing pictures. MS PhotoStory addresses this at the first screen and does it for you, very simple. Lot of features, just hard

RE: Website Maker: How to build sub navigations
Hi André Excellent idea to write this workshop in English, too. It's well explained and understandable. It's exactly the way I did it on my website, although I did not build the sub-navigation right from the beginning when I started creating my website. It is also possible to add it subsequently. Just place the vertical navigation (of your example) on every sub-page that belongs to the subject
