I just purchased Magix 2019 Plus Edition and it does not have Elastic Audio included and all the videos I saw of it shows it included so since I planned on upgrading and this was supposed to be on this version I bought it. Can someone please give some info on this matter?

@daisy-jones Removing and installing MusicMaker will not help with add-ons. I presume that after downloading, you executed the file and input the serial number that you were given by email with  the purchase? Support is where it has always been when you are on the Magix.com site. Look at the top menu.

Hi Guys, For those of you who couldn't hear the sound I had the same problem. It was resolved when I closed Magix, then I was able to hear the sound. In fact, I couldn't get sound from any online videos until I shut Magix down.

Thankyou for the tutorial, I would like to expand the range of collages I can use, but I've been unable to find the Collages folder on Win 7.- Open the \Collages folder. On my XP PC that's at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MAGIX\Movie Edit Pro 2014 Premium\VideoEffects\Collage\ but Win 7, 8 (and soon 10) systems will be different. John when i check what my system is using the list is endless. HOW do i know what is safe to disable and what not to disable.? I have tried just shutting some down, (random) guessing but some times my pc just shuts down. i need my RAM back for magix to run with out jitter and crashes. my pc can not take any more RAM then it has now. ( its old) but does the job sometimes.lol from
