Seems I'm 6 years late to the party, but I've got the same issue in MEP 16 Plus (9.0.6.6) as bluewigan. My version simply upon pressing Ctrl-E opens the same window as in bluewigan's screenshot above. The PDF manual mentions titles in 4 or 5 lines, nothing about actual 3D titles and changing their text. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

@Vitaly Hi, There are 2 different ways of using masks in MEP. The first way, and what you are referring to is done by masking an effect on a single video or photo.
