I have spent all day trying to finds a location on this website to purchase a voucher to talk to someone about re-installing Sound-Forge 9 after my hard drive failed and had to be replaced.. I re-installed the program but it wont run with out entering the serial number. I have to agree with everyone here. I too bought this product on the strenth of the reveiws and I have to say it looks wonderful.  But I have spent hours trying to figure out how to use it.  Going through the Help files didn't help much.  We need some decent tutorials.  Magix, please put some step-by-step tutorial on your website that we can download.  Otherwise I can see this going in the bin! 

I agree this company is a joke, with false advertisement, you cannot transfer uncopyrighted dvd to device with sound, the tiny handbook is totaly unhelpfull as is this website, IF YOUR READING THESE COMMENTS TO DECIDE WETHER TO BUY A MAGIX PRODUCT, DONT DO IT, JUST DONT DO IT, THERE ARE PLENTY OF PRODUCTS OUT THERE THAT ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY CAN THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
