Auto Start DVD

How do I make an auto start DVD or Bluray ( movie and/or slideshow) that will just start playing, when inserted into a dvd player?

system specs below:

ASROCK 970 Extreme 3

AMD FX8350 - 8 core

16 gig 1600 memory

2 - sata6 ( 1 tb each) drives

AMD 6970 video

W7 pro 64

pinnacle studio 14, photoshop.

everything with latest drivers.
